Comprehensive Japanese Course
Eligible persons: nationals from countries that do not use Chinese characters
- Preparatory education curriculum approved by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology
- In addition to Japanese, you can learn the basic subjects necessary for entering university
- Effective development of four skills using YMCA’s own curriculum and teaching methods
The course is held at Osaka YMCA Gakuin (Tennoji).
University Preparatory Course
Eligible persons: nationals from countries that use Chinese characters
- Optional Course System based on Target Career
- Offers a wide range of guidance and career counseling for career options that includes art-focused colleges
- Enriched curriculum of up to 1056 hours of classes
The course is held at Osaka YMCA International College (Tosabori).
Advanced Japanese Course
This course is for those who have completed a Japanese language course in Japan.
- Acquire the Japanese skills required to enter and study at university/college
- Classes consist of a small number of students so everyone can get intensive individual guidance for further education
- Fine-tuned Chinese character education that also accommodates students from countries that do not use Chinese characters
