Scholarships available at Osaka YMCA

A variety of scholarships are available at our school, and many students receive scholarships every year.

Osaka YMCA International Scholarship

Granting institution	Osaka YMCA
Eligibility	Students who have enrolled at our school for more than six months
Number of grantees	(1) About 10 students (per year) (2) 4 students (per year)
Grant duration	(1) First term: June through October (5 months)/second term: November through March of the next year (5 months) (2) Per year
Stipend	(1) 20,000 yen per month (2) 300,000 yen

Osaka YMCA International Student Scholarship

Granting institution	Osaka YMCA
Eligibility	Students who have enrolled at our school for more than 6 months and who are already accepted into universities, graduate schools, and vocational schools in Japan. *Excluding students who are to enter educational institutions based on designated schools's recommendations and those who are to enter such institutions as research students

Stipend	100,000 yen

Honors Scholarship for Privately Financed International Students (first term and second term)

Granting institution	Japan Student Services Organization (JASSO)
Eligibility	Students who have enrolled at our school on student visas
Number of grantees	A few
Grant duration	First term: April through March of the next year (12 months) second term: October through March of the next year (6 months)
Stipend	48,000 yen per month (University Preparatory Course and Advanced Japanese Course) 30,000 yen per month (Comprehensive Japanese Course, Practical Japanese Course, and Business PLUS)
